They confer self-defense workshops for women and teens to teach common sense approaches to personal safety. The gym has a rock-climbing wall, group exercise studios, a spinning studio, basketball, boxing, and tennis, eight indoor tennis courts & two swimming pool amenities. Their gym provides fully appointed locker rooms with a sauna, hot tub, and showers. Their membership options are based on the number of people on the account and their relationships.
