They empower you to understand your own body and make informed decisions. Finding a doctor this dedicated and compassionate is a rare gift, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be under their care. If you're searching for a doctor who will advocate for you and treat you with unwavering respect and empathy, look no further - Dr. Livingston is the gold standard. However, their new office takes things to another level! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how bright, clean, and well-designed the space is. The waiting area is comfortable , easy check in and inviting, and the exam rooms feel private and modern. Of course, Dr. Livingston expertise and compassionate approach remain top-notch. They are thorough, explain things clearly, and always make me feel heard and respected. This new office is a wonderful addition to an already outstanding practice.

I absolutely adore this man. To have a doctor who truly cares about my general health and well-being means a lot to me. I suppose it is what they used to call 'bedside manner" back in the day. I go in for a pap smear and I leave feeling like someone really cares about me; like I am more than just another patient. I have been a patient for year now, and God willing, I will be a patient for many years to come.

Dr. Livingston is one of the only doctors I've ever met who respects his patients. He listens and adjusts his recommendation based on your goals. He doesn't give cookie-cutter answers.

Dr. Fanous was fantastic. After a very painful original IUD insertion with a different provider. I was very nervous when it was expired and due to be replaced. Understanding my concerns, Dr. Fanous gave me medication to soften everything and even injected lidocaine to make the process even easier. He was in done in less than 5 minutes. The only discomfort that I really had was the removal of the initial IUD. They confirmed positioning with an ultrasound, and scheduled a follow up ultrasound to make sure everything is in place.

Dr Fanous at MacArthur OBY/GYN cares so much for his patients, and takes good time to listen to his patients. We liked his assuring and comforting demeanor, which puts you at ease and removes anxiety from patients. Very professional and has a wealth of experience that makes your pregnancy, follow ups and delivery a pleasant experience. Highly recommended doctor.
