I’ve used Ed multiple times over the past five years for all different kinds of projects at my home: building custom shelves for my laundry room, mounting TVs, hanging art, assembling furniture, caulking showers, and many other projects. Ed really cares to get it done right and I’m so appreciative for it. Will definitely be using him for my next projects.

Ed designed and built this built-in shelf/cabinet (see image) in our dining room. He seamlessly integrated the piece with the ceiling molding and the craftsmanship of the cabinet is excellent. He's a thoughtful and creative builder with careful and precise execution of his designs. I would wholeheartedly recommend hiring him! He’s easy to communicate with regarding not only the design of your project, but also timing and expectations throughout the project.

I worked with Ed to create a custom storage solution for my Japanese futon. We went through a few designs and landed on a very smart looking bookshelf with a great hook system.

Marc did a great job of putting some cat shelves on the wall for me. He responded to my request quickly and when he arrived, he was able to put together everything in a short amount of time. The shelves felt very stable and sturdy. I'd definitely recommend him.

Marc is not only very easy to communicate with and reliable, he also pays attention to every detail when repairing things around the home. 10/10 would recommend Marc! Great price too.

New Chapter started the work on my house, the week after my mother passed away. I have to say Vicki and her team were very obliging and sympathetic while I had to handle the preparation of my mother's service. They did a fantastic job and I am definitely going to use them for another upcoming project. You can't go wrong choosing New Chapter!

I needed my sink, kitchen floor, and living room windows replaced and was very impressed with their service. They did a great job and got it done in a timely fashion. They sent pictures of the completed work every night.

New Chapter did a great job installing a new composite deck for my condo unit and some roof repairs for our building. Romeo the office manager checked in regularly to provide updates. Work was completed ahead of schedule and we are happy with the end result.
