PICTOGRAPH CAVE STATE PARK REVIEWS
Gotta give this a 5 star....well worth the drive if you're in the area, and the 8 bucks. You can easily see the money is going into the park. All trails are well maintained as is the visitor center, parking lot, picnic area and viewing areas. The quiet and beautiful scenery here is awesome and you just want to stay here for awhile . This also is dog friendly ! The ancient pictographs are faint, but still visible and you can see why this place was a sanctuary for peoples of the past. Come see this yourself!
Pictograph State Park was a pretty neat stop on our visit to Billings. It was pretty fun to do the short little hike and see the drawings on the wall of the cave. Time has washed a lot of it away but you can still see it if you look close. The hike was not bad at all and the little kids had no trouble making it on their own. There are some portions that are steep, however, it is not for very long. The park is well maintained and I would recommend a stop.
What a nice piece of history this park offers. It's amazing that we have the opportunity to see history like this.

RIVERFRONT PARK REVIEWS
This is my favorite public park place to interact with nature, neighbors, and my family. In fact, I even got married here! My kids have grown up exploring deer trails, shelters woven from willows, turtles, and all the things! We love feeding the ducks responsibly with duck feed purchased at the local ranch supply store. The trails are well maintained, the shelters in good repair, there is plenty of parking, and the main road to the river is a beautiful walk.
Beautiful little spots to settle down and have fun on the river or picnic. The river parking is definitely usually busy, but there is also several ponds with parking space and shade trees with room for big families!
Nice place to come feed the geese and ducks. Lots of walking trails and ponds. Right next to the river also. Fishing is allowed and there are bathrooms and picnic tables. Lots of baby geese right now. If you have kids they will have a lot of fun just running around. No swimming in the ponds but the river is a great spot when the water slows down and gets lower.
