MUSSEL ROCK PARK REVIEWS
During low tide, it exposes a cave that people can climb up and into the cave, interesting. Right after entering the entrance, there's a path on the left to go down. There's fence to prevent the drop, but at low tide, you can still reach the bottom. There are short trails around the park. There's a paragliding point, but I did not see any paragliders during my trip there
.Beautiful beach. It's a nice stroll on the trail. Although the make shift stair is a bit difficult to go down, it's a nice beach to relax. Highly recommend but make sure to bring umbrella if you go on a sunny day. Not much tree or shade. Then again Pacifica is mostly cloudy anyway.
Good view of the pacific with a well maintained trail. Nice and wide, all the way down to the beach. Nice parking lot with plenty of road side parking as well. Get some fries and coffee, seat on edge and enjoy the view.

MORI POINT TRAIL REVIEWS
I recently visited Mori Point and was absolutely enchanted by the stunning sunset and breathtaking views. The evening sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors, creating a mesmerizing backdrop against the Pacific Ocean. The trails were enjoyable and offered diverse, picturesque scenes at every turn. This experience was not just a hike, but a peaceful retreat into nature’s beauty, leaving me rejuvenated and in awe of the natural world around us.
Beautiful area. Lots of flowers. Poles and hiking shoes helped with the steep sections. Arrived at 8:15 AM on a Friday and there was no parking at Pacifica Quarry Running trail head (only has a handful of spots). Parked for free at the beach to the north and walked the path that parallels the beach. Saw some poison oak hidden amongst the flowers. Will come back.
Experience Mori Point , a picturesque hiking trail that offers scenic vistas of Coast, providing both a cardiovascular workout and a dog-friendly environment. Convenient parking can be found near the public parking lot close to the Chitchat Cafe.

SWEENEY RIDGE TRAIL REVIEWS
A great trail that ascends to the ridge of the mountains. Views of SF Bay and the Pacific Ocean on a clear day at ridgeline. Hike is about two miles long to reach ridgeline trails from parking area. The climb to the ridge is not to steep. The historical missle base sites at the ridge of the mountain is a cool site to see as well as the amazing views of the peninsula.
Sweeney Ridge trail is a beautiful paved 2 lane trail. starts out mostly uphill overlooking a very scenic lake. This trail leads to the San Francisco Bay Discovery site. Also leads past what was the Nike Missile Control Site. Sweeney Ridge leads to multiple other trails, can take other dirt trails and hike down to pacifica.
A refreshing hike. Easy. We went up through the Sheath Lane trail till the Portola Discovery Site, and returned through the Notch trail. Took 2-2.5 hours in total. Many trail options available. The trails criss-cross among themselves, so can change trails whenever you like or enjoy multiple trails if you have time.
