My life shares history with this park. When I was a child, my mailing address was the pro shop of the Craig Ranch Golf Course. This park is a beautiful space that has kept a lot of the history alive for those who know it. I get to visit the space and walk the fairways, listening to the happy sounds of others also enjoying the space. I love it.
I love this park And love sitting during sunset watching the ducks and turtles. I even have a few turtle regulars that come up to the rocks to hang out. Very clean with the exception of the duck waste in the gazebos but that's sort of to be expected as there is alot of ducks there. Still I really enjoy this place.
Beautiful park with something for everyone. Ponds with ducks geese and turtles. A skatepark, dog park, biking trails, and playgrounds for the kids! Basketball and volleyball courts, and so much more!

Sandstone Ridge Park is a well-renowned hiking trail in North Las Vegas. The park is a $5.9 million project with a lighted baseball diamond and soccer fields near the Hammer Lane intersection. The trail is a loop and consists of a total length of one mile with an elevation gain of 22 feet. It takes approximately 18 minutes to complete. The park also serves as a trailhead for the regional trail system in the area. Tourists can take a nice, quiet walk or sit at a picnic table and enjoy the majestic view of the mountains. Sandstone Ridge Park provides an excellent running track, baseball field, and dog walking areas. Sandstone Ridge Park is a beautiful park that has stood in unique shape over the years. The park has a playground for children aged 2-5 years and one for children aged 6-10 years. It also has quarters of basketball. There is a large parking lot that can handle well over 100 cars. Visitors can enjoy the lots of walking areas and space.

SANDSTONE RIDGE PARK REVIEWS
Beautiful park, especially for minimalist photography - lots of negative space, lines, structure and angles! It has been very clean when I've gone, and it's one of only a few places to see Cricket matches in Nevada.
Love hiking here and there is a lot of neat things to see if you're willing to get out of the house and take a look around. See for yourself. My daughter and I are all about getting out and exploring.
Lovely park. Lots of amenities: playground, skatepark, tee-ball park, area for football/soccer and quite a few basketball courts. Can't speak for the loos as I haven't had to use them.

Upper Las Vegas Wash Trail is a well-established hiking trail in North Las Vegas. The park is a popular 11.3-mile trail near North Las Vegas, which hikers frequently use. The trail is a point-to-point type with an elevation gain of just 9 feet. The time taken was approximately 3 hours and 23 minutes to complete the entire trail, end-to-end. The trail is used mainly for walking and mountain biking. The trail offers easy access to the much longer Lower Las Vegas Wash Trail at Alexander Road for residents from the northern portion of the city. The more important centenary Lawrence visitor center also contains some open space for the kids and shaded play areas. There is a car park, toilets, and drinking fountains. Upper Las Vegas Wash Trail is the perfect place for a family picnic. The trails are much more family-friendly.

Looking forward to making this my go-to hiking spot nearby, cuz it's just so difficult to find a walking trail in Vegas that is both worthwhile and close to home.
Nice trail after a couple of miles. There was too many homeless camps and trash in the first 3 miles, after that a well maintained trail.
I love the scenery but go there to run the few trails they have.Great bike trail and very safe!
