ERNIE MILLER NATURE CENTER REVIEWS
Great nature hike, well shaded. I enjoyed the variety in the terrain and the wild nature of the brush surrounding the trail. I do think, however, more care could be given to the trail markings. An additional way to help navigate trails could be a QR code at one of the signs or near the education building.
I love this place! A variety of trails, a few a of them paved while others are beautiful paths in the woods, often crossing creeks and smaller streams. The visitor center is interesting, and the programs and events fun. I particularly love their Halloween story time at night.
Beautiful Park to become one with Nature. Every time I go here it brings a smile to my face. This time is saw a half dozen deer. I usually walk on the trails and this day was no exception.

KILL CREEK PARK TRAIL REVIEWS
Our grandkids love coming to this park. They have amazing areas for cookouts where the kids can play on their massive playground blunt just a few steps the other way they can grab a pole and start fishing in the small pond. Of course if you have a small boat you can also get onto the larger lake. Their is dock areas to fish from as well. They even have access for handicapped so that they too can enjoy the fun of fishing. My wife and I enjoy the @ 1 mile trail around the lake.
One of the best natural trails I have been on in the KC area. Peaceful, secluded, variety of terrain. Fall would have been beautiful with all of trees before they released their color. Wildlife! Saw several deer on my hike.
The mountain bike trails are fun to ride and the upkeep is prevalent. A couple paths are very technical, but I love the experience.

INDIAN CREEK TRAILHEAD REVIEWS
The trail manages to seem scenic despite passing right through very developed areas of KC. It's a great get-away for walking/running/biking - just keep to the right and you won't be run over by cyclists. There are flowers in the spring and summer, and various wildlife year round (I've seen hawks, deer, and even owls on the trail). For anyone into Pokemon Go, there are lots of stops and gyms. Restrooms and water fountains are located close enough that you won't need to load up on water for longer treks.
There’s hardly a trail in Kansas that’s quite like the Indian Creek Trail, besides the connected Tomahawk Creek. The ICT allows you to bike at most 40 miles, going both ways from a location. The trail goes all the way from Leawood (though it connects to the Blue River trails in Missouri) to Hampton Park, in Olathe! If you are looking for bike trails to start off in the KC area, the ICT’s your best bet, considering the drive to the enormous Katy Trail is hours.
Walked the trail and found some friends to play with once we got to the park! Loves the water fountain for kids and dogs. Astro turf was perfect for when my little guy trip and fell.
