Great park. Long trails near water for biking and walking. Beach volleyball. Tons of picnic tables. Playgrounds. Disc golf, I have never seen so many players before. Cabins. Docks and piers, maybe see a gator in the water. Canoe rentals. I was by myself and only played $2 to get in, it was worth it.
Very nice place to take the kids. Playground, pool, lake, animals, etc. I spent hours and the kids had a lot of fun. 100% recommended.

TOP 3 TIBET-BUTLER PRESERVE REVIEWS
No denying it's a peaceful place. Wasn't crowded when we went. Free parking, clean restrooms and a nice visitor center. The trails are a mix of dirt and boardwalk and mostly shaded. Was a bit muddy when we went and some trails were still closed. Damage from hurricane Ian, I think? We didn't encounter a lot of bugs, but we went right after a cold snap. In the summer, I'd carry bug spray. All in all, a nice place that's worth a visit.
Beautiful nature trails! Lots of different paths to choose from. The trails are all very clean and well kept. Plenty of shade to it is fairly comfortable even if it is hot out. Grey place for locals or Disney World visitors looking to get a break from the crowds. Highly recommend going to Osprey Overlook for the view of the marsh.
A gem of the Horizon West area and a gem of Orange County, too. What it lacks in size compared to other hiking trails, it more than makes up for in varied terrain and interesting wildlife. An enjoyable place for an afternoon walk to explore some of the sights that make Florida great.

TOP 3 OAKLAND NATURE PRESERVE REVIEWS
This isn’t a long trail but great fun for kiddos. The boardwalk trail is handicap accessible. The red of the trail is not. We have seen a bob cat here while being very quiet but if you’re making noise you’re not likely to see any birds or wildlife. We see butterflies and sometimes alligators at the end of the boardwalk. This is a great imaginative creative nature play area for kids.
I was here the week after Christmas. Really pleasant place. Entrance is accessible by the bike trail. Pretty scenery, dense plant life, nice views of the lake. Trails are short and easy, but I spent 4 hours here and never had to re-trace my steps. Good birding, particularly by the lake, amongst the pine trees near the visitors' center, and on the yellow trail.
Excellent trail and park. Very well maintained, with planked walkways from entry to the end on the lake. Excellent for strollers, elderly, handicapped, etc.... but also just great for everyone. Educational placards through the walk, with plenty of shaded benches along the way. Great walking trail park, with lots of wildlife.
