JIM MAY PARK REVIEWS
Our family greatly enjoys this park. The play structures are unique and the soft surface underfoot is nice because it leaves no sand or rocks in the kids shoes. There is a bit of a trail my husband and I can walk around whole the kids play.
Nice park. There's a lagoon with ducks. About a half mile loop around the lagoon to walk or run. There shaded tables for a pick nick. Plenty of grass space to play some games or just relax. A big and small playground to accommodate all ages.
Beautiful park to set a blanket nd picnic also to walk around its peaceful place highly recommended great place to let the kids run nd play beautiful evening sunset luv it...

MONARCH BUTTERFLY GROVE REVIEWS
It was great to see so many butterflies in the middle of the city over 10,000 vibrant orange and black Monarch Butterflies. It's a place for photography. Free parking is easily available on the street. Need 1 to 2 hours only as the area is too small, with very few trees having butterflies. Season to see is from November to February, and climate is pleasant around the year. Place was found non-crowded. Zoom camera or binocular is needed to see butterflies. Otherwise, it is difficult to find.
Such a small but beautiful area. We watched the butterflies for a long time, then took a nice walk along the Meadow Creek and then came back to watch the butterflies some more. When we came back, the sun was warmer, and the butterflies were more active.
Beautiful weather (sunny warm) great day visiting this amazing spot. Thankful for the volunteers that tell you all about the importance of the butterfly grove. It is very busy on weekends and when it's butterfly season. Parking is limited, and you will usually have to walk.

ORCUTT TRAILS REVIEWS
Beautiful area. There's a small park, a dog park, and some sports fields. There are a couple different bathrooms as well. There are plenty of trails to walk on, on the west side of the dog park. The weather always seems to be great in this particular area too!
Great place to take our son, he loves it! They have a lot to do as well, the trails are nice also. I love the cleanliness to it, doesn't look dirty. Overall, I would recommend it.
Fun and beautiful to take the family out for a hike or to the playground or just to go for a walk.
