“Mount Olympus Trailhead is 7.8 miles long and has an elevation gain of 4,156 feet. This trail is generally moderate in difficulty and is of the out-and-back type. The trailhead is excellent for hiking and walking, offering a pathway that can take visitors to the summit of the 9,026-foot peak. Once at the top, hikers can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the Wasatch range. Mount Olympus Trailhead is a great place to spend the day with your family. Dogs are allowed on the trail but must be leashed in certain areas. The trailhead is located 16.5 miles from West Valley City.”
