The staff was friendly and very helpful. The trail was the perfect level for our family to explore. We did not do the guided tour so we were able to explore each part as much as we wanted. The signs around the fossils were informative and helped us understand what we were seeing. The views were great along the trail. I would highly recommend! Be sure to pack plenty of snacks and water and wear good walking shoes.
Best place to come hike around with kids in the foothills. It’s free to just park and walk up the ridge. Little trails to offshoot from the road make it fun to explore for little ones. The visitor center is decent but not the main attraction. The walking on the ridge is.
Great place. I love dinosaurs so this was fantastic. Didn't need a whole lot of time....maybe 3 hours. The walk/hike is paved and easy. Lots of fun
