This is one of the BEST places I've hiked so far. Definitely challenging. I went up on the steep side and it really gets the wind out of you. Doing the loop and also going up to Skull rock was about 5 and half miles. The view at the top made it all worth it. Still more to explore so definitely will come back!! it was beautiful to finally see a little waterfall here.
Pretty nice hike with great views, lots of butterflies at the top. Depending on the time of day, you get a good amount of shade on the way. For a Sunday, not too busy - parking lot ($12 parking) was pretty full but the hike itself was not crowded.
Best views ever! Not at all a crowded and a pretty easy hike. Totally worth it when you get to the top. There is a little waterfall you pass before the uphill climb, though it's not much of a waterfall coz it hasn't rained in a while.
