We have closed escrow and moved into our new home. We are loving our home built by it . The process went as smooth as new construction can go thanks to the Project Co-ordinator Natalee, the Project Manager Caleb and all the others that keep the project on time by coordinating all the moving parts. From planning to design choices to Construction process the project was delivered when expected and is a beautiful product. David & I want to thank all the players that made this Pre-construction home possible and also for being so patient with our requests. WE Love It!.

We have had a wonderful experience having Brighton build our house. All of the employees that we dealt with from Bret Swan, Natalie McCormick and our building coordinator, Caleb Luz have been great. We recently moved into our new build home with Tresidio Builders, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience — especially thanks to our project manager, Colin. From the very beginning when the ground was broken all the way through to the final walkthrough and move-in, Colin was fantastic. He’s genuinely friendly and warm, with a patient way about him that made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Dan worked with him the most on the day-to-day details, but even as the wife on the sidelines, I always felt comfortable reaching out. Colin has this great vibe — he’s knowledgeable without ever making you feel like you should already know everything. His communication was truly top-notch. Whether we had a question about something small or a bigger decision during the build, he’d get back to us within minutes (often with photos or clear explanations). He never made us feel rushed or silly for asking what probably seemed like basic things. He just knows his stuff and explains it in a way that makes sense to regular homeowners like us. Colin was sincere, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything turned out right for our family. We felt like we had a real partner in the process instead of just another builder contact. Working with Tresidio Homes was a great choice for us. Ours is built in the beautiful foothills of Avimor and we had a great experience with Jenny who sold us the home and with Kyler, our Project Manager. Kyler was with us every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We bought a QMI and had some add ones and a couple change orders which were handled stress free. The quality of the home build was spectacular and the few very minor issues were quickly addressed hassle free and with great customer service. I would definitely buy another house from Tresidio Homes if the opportunity arises and are encouraging my kids to become our neighbors.
