Spec home we found near completion during our home search. Extremely helpful sales team, very accommodating of a quick close despite the fact that the house wasn’t finished yet. They pushed the construction completion date to meet our tight relocation schedule and absolutely saved us as we were moving to the area from out of state. Very helpful General contractor that has stuck around to see through the new home transition and provide a personal touch, and the warranty team has been helpful with everything we’ve submitted. The home is beautiful, modern, well constructed, and well thought out. So pleased with the whole experience!

Love our new Berkeley Home! They went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted and in time for closing. The quality was awesome, almost no punch items on our walk through. Have met with Jim, the warranty manager, after the closing and he is quick to get any problems we have fixed.

What a FANTASTIC company!!! We LOVED working with everyone involved and had so much fun doing so building our new home!! They were extremely professional. If we were to do it again, we would definitely go with Berkeley!! Thank you so much!!!
