Absolutely stellar service all around! I got into my first accident ever (hit n run on me) and at first, I was worried about having to worry about going to a repair shop and then also having to deal with insurance, but these folks here were super communicative, helpful and incredibly nice and understanding. Even despite the insurance being difficult and obnoxious about each step of the process, my estimator was an angel. I will DEFINITELY be going here if someone else hits me and tries to run again.

We had our car towed in from a rear end crash. The team at Alpine Auto were super helpful and responsive. They helped walk us through what they were sending to insurance and where they were at in the process. They did not miss any detail on our car. Super professional, great communication and they took great care of our car.

I took my car into Crash Champions as it was a recommended provider for hail damage by my insurance company. When I came in for the initial inspection and quote, I was greeted immediately and my vehicle went back at the appointment time. I had to come back a fee months later to have the repairs fixed but I also pushed it back a month to coincide with a trip so that I didn't need a rental car that long. My car was finished about a week before expected and she looks AMAZING! All my hail dents were gone and she looked new!! I also had a box of granola bars that I keep to hand out to the homeless. The box came undone at the seams but I didn't care as the box held the bars fine. Well, someone on their team saw this and took the time to tape up my box. Completely not within the scope of their job, but they did it to be nice and helpful! It meant so much because they could have ignored it like I did and went way above and beyond.

Some vehicles have backorder parts with no ETA but the parts manager will find your part and get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend the Chambers Location to everyone. Best shop I've in a 10 mile radius. Call them up and tell them Garret recommended you.

They constantly kept me aware of the status of my car, and I was excited when my car was ready more than two weeks early.
