Choosing a builder was very important to us, we are building a very custom home, a replica of my husband’s grandmother’s early 1900’s home. We interviewed 3 others then we interviewed Camerata Homes. They were the only builder that took notes and we felt really heard our very specific needs and wants, when we received our bid it included specific requests we had. None of the other three even took notes and their bids were genetic with no specifics. We are so happy with this builder and every time we meet in person just really feel confident and excited as their excitement shows too.
