The whole process was smooth and easy. Once lot and plan was decided visit to design center was a fun experience.Taylor gave a lot of help and suggestions in picking the many needed features to make a perfect home, at the same time kept me in my budget and didn’t let me go over. Soon after left town and came back 9 months later 2 days before closing. Orientation and move in was a smooth process.. Christy is amazing and goes above and beyond call of duty to make sure everything is in order. Never imagined building a home would be this easy. Appreciate everything.

Ideal homes built my home and did a fantastic job! Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed before and after I moved in. This was done in a timely manner and the staff is so nice and helpful.
