Best Western Plus Newark Airport West

Everything was amazing, the room was kept tidy and the customer service was amazing. We had an issue with our keys and they immediately fixed it and gave us complementary breakfast. Shower was the most refreshing thing, but I do not understand why they would put marble tiles in a bathroom where water will get on the floor and make it slippery. Besides that this was the best stay I’ve had in a while, and I’m glad to be here. Will return again.

Rooms SUPER CLEAN and SERVICE was amazing in all departments. Meaning front desk, lobby assistant and the bar/lodging area. I gve the location a 3 star only because of airport traffic BUT that isn't a Big enough factor for me not to return. The staffing in this place again were awesome.

I would like to recommend it to someone who just make transfer to the cruise. Friendly front desk, breakfast is perfect. Especially they can fit all my 6 family members in one room. Thanks again!
