Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center

This hotel is amazing! It's very clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional. When checking out, I met a very lovely lady (Kathy) at the front desk. She made sure that I received my Hilton Honors points and was so patient until I could find my Honors #. I also want to send a shoutout to the young lady that delivered my dinner that evening. She was so sweet and professional. This hotel is a 10 in my book!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beds need to be updated to something more comfortable as well as the furniture... But it's not horribly bad by far, not the worst. The people at the front desk are amazing, and so are the bartenders. Breakfast staff is awesome ... This is my number one go to place.. I feel like the staff is part of my family.

Great service from Donna W when we were getting breakfast with our two toddlers. She noticed us, got us high chairs and was just the kindest! Makes a huge difference after a rough night. Also the front desk was very accommodating to my little and perhaps frequent requests! Thank you!
