Four Points by Sheraton Midland

It was a good hotel to stay at for a softball tournament. Room was clean and the beds were OK but what really set this hotel apart was the service. Carmel the front desk clerk was awesome for our whole stay. Whenever we needed anything she was ready to help with a smile on her face. After we checked out and got home 5 hours away, my daughter realized her beloved necklace was left behind. I called and Carmel found it and is holding onto it for me till we can make arrangements to get it.

Once again Four Points by Sheraton did not disappoint. The one in Midland tops the list for the nicest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. Keep up the great work guys you all rock! The room was clean, and the beds amazing, the whole atmosphere of the place was excellent.

My whole stay was great, but I never expected anything different from Four Points in Midland. They always make me feel welcome, room was extremely clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. If I could give them more than a 10 I would.
