SGI, I think you do customer service extremely well. Your office was top shelf communicating and coordinating my project. Your technicians were prompt, professional, courteous, and very patient with my questions. When the project was completed, I felt like I had been treated very well, received better care and service than I’d ever even had at a hospital, doctors office or attorneys practice, and will recommend your services whenever the opportunity arises. Ken, Trevor, and Dave did a great job with our generator installation. They were all very friendly and professional and had no issues with me asking questions or looking over their shoulders. In fact, they encouraged it. When the work was complete they cleaned up the area and waited an extra 2 hours for the inspectors to show up never complaining once (at least to me). SGI is a great group of people to work with.

Arrived on schedule and were ready to work. I found everyone from Mike in sales, Dillion who scheduled, to Jacob, Ken, and David who did the install polite, professional and courteous. Site was cleaned as the worked. They invited my input in possible changes. I highly recommend them.

Walt and his crew are exceptional, professional, and accommodating. Needed some boiler work done. Joe came out, listened to what we wanted done, made a couple suggestions and gave a fair price. After two years of using a space heater in our bedroom we now have heat through the entire house. Thank you Walt, Stacey, and Joe. If you need any heating or plumbing work done, I highly recommend you give them a call...

We've had them out for other stuff before, but we had them install a new water heater we bought on sale back before the holidays. And their install quote was pretty darn accurate to the final cost too. No nonsense and had everything wrapped up in 2 hours. Very polite guys.

I got them to replace all the waterlines in my house and fix other plumbing issue, and I had the best experience with them! They are very flexible to schedule anything with them, always pick up the phone, and do the best professional job. Highly recommend this company everyone.

Our furnace was slowly dying and we called Holland Heating & Cooling and received such a great deal we ended up buying the Lennox Furnace with humidifier, Lennox AC and Kohler Whole House Generator package. We have had them installed for a while now and have seen a great dip in our energy bills. Our area loses power a lot and with working from home that becomes a nuisance. So glad we have our Kohler Generator to keep us powered up! Thank You HH&C!
