Fast response, arrived within the hour, very professional and efficient. Technician was unable to detect a leak on outside/indoor unit with leak detector tool. A little baffled why my relatively new system loss coolant (almost 2yr old system). Monitoring system for now and may need to replace refrigerant lines in the future to rule out unreachable refrigerant leak.
