Our A/C unit completely shut down and today is supposed to be the hottest temperature on record. Made a first time-ever service call to One Hour A/C and received expedited service. Our service technician’s name is Champion and his name is well deserved. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I was so impressed with his service that I immediately set up an annual service contract. I highly recommend him for your A/C service needs.

so after you have a company for many years, it’s hard to switch but with snowbirds I’m gonna have to be honest Brandon Ruiz Was honest, transparent, straight to the point showed me everything I needed to see and then some …I went out there and seen him clean my unit not like my old company did but BETTER!!!!! they also run promotions something that my old company that we had been with for years did not do.

Technician was fantastic he cleaned it super ! Cat hair was everywhere and Oreo says she is innocent! Previous tenants.
