Our heating system died on us end of the winter so we knew getting it replaced asap was needed before the next winter came. We called a few local companies and even Pseg to come out to look and provide us quotes. We ultimately landed on Celestial because they offered a great financing option. Anyone i spoke with in the office were all helpful and kind. Jackie helped us also and she was friendly. The technicians were top notch. Brett and his partner were the best. They went above and beyond. I would never use another company. Highly recommended.

Thom Khater was really good! I highly recommend him. We had no heat i called and he understood our urgency. He came and solved the problem with our system. He also answered all the questions and concerns we had. If you need good service call him.

Malek and Frank were top notch in their service. I had issues with the boiler and my split HVAC system. I had different companies/services come to fix it initially and they could not figure out the problem. Malek and Frank were able to diagnose the problem right away and worked to get it fixed within a matter of hours while I had to call the other guys back a couple times and they never resolved it. Their pricing is fair and I highly recommend working with them as they are transparent to explain the problem and how to resolve it. They are also experts in Split systems so if you have any issues, this is their specialty.

Frank was great to work with. He was on time, stuck to his word, and was super friendly and professional. As new homeowners, we really appreciated his helpful advice and how quickly he made himself available. Our dogs were a bit much, but he handled them like a pro. Definitely recommend!
