I rented with this location two times and must Thalia was Excellent!!!! She explained everything and made us feel welcomed and very comfortable to rent… Great customer service.

Awesome, quick, efficient customer service from management and workers Wendy and Sabrina. Very helpful on phone. Stands out as best storage facility in the area. Great large spaces and very convenient location. Front desk management and office workers are very nice and helpful.

Very polite very understanding and helpful to my mom until the end (passed 2 months ago) and will work with you. Decent service overall. Thank you guys for 3 to 5 years of service take care be safe and God bless.

Shield self storage has GREAT customer service. I needed a 5 x 10 unit. Ed guided me thru out the process. They even offer a free truck to move in the storage. Never heard of a storage company that provides that. Can't ask for a better deal!!.

The owner is a great guy who really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to provide the best possible solutions to their storage needs. Easy to work with, convenient unit-access and competitively priced, Shield Self Storage is a solid facility.

I have been using this self storage facility for 11 months and I am very satisfied with the service. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Try it.
