Myself and my family have been using On Time for all of our heating and cooling needs. Recently we had an older AC unit that was on its last leg. They spent extra time to go through our old unit with us and explain everything that was happening and why. We ended up going with a new AC unit and furnace. They were very personable worked with us on what we liked and price. We felt very comfortable with the new purchase. They were thorough, kind and felt like family. The work was performed the next day without hiccups. They prepped the floors and carpets and left the house just as clean as it was before they showed up. This is a company that cares about pride in their work and gaining repeat customers. We will continue to use them.

We thought our A/C was at the end of its life. We called ProFlo to schedule a diagnostic and an estimate for a new system, just in case it was the end. Rico Jacobo came out to do the diagnostic and the estimate. He was polite, friendly and diligent in his work. Rico discovered that the recently replaced capacitor was wired incorrectly. He corrected the wiring and the A/C runs and sounds 100% better. It saved us the cost of a new system now, but his honesty and diligence has earned a ProFlo customer in the future. Rico also gave us a couple of estimates for a new system which were reasonable and well explained. We will certainly be reaching out to Rico at ProFlo in the future.
