I am truly blown away by the level of professionalism and care presented by the guys here at basic. After calling quite a few different businesses to try to fix the air conditioning in my house in Trabuco Canyon, I came across basic air and had a pleasant phone call with Abraham and set up an appointment for the following business day which was this past Monday. They showed up to my house exactly at the time the appointment was which is a nice refresher from previous services I tried to get from other businesses. The level of work was top notch and the pricing was more than fair. Like I said before I am completely astonished at how great my experience was. I am a straight shooter and I have to say that they were as well and exceeded my expectations. I have already set up another appointment for my business's Air conditioning unit. We used Basic Air a few years ago to install our HVAC System in our home and the process and installation was smooth and seamless. Since then, we have used Basic Air to perform our regular maintenance and most recently, we had them install a new wifi-enabled thermostat, which is a huge help for a family on the go. We have been very pleased with the company's willingness to answer questions over the phone and to prioritize residential work, especially in the summer.
