Michele was incredibly helpful! I called Saturday and she helped me set up my unit storage over the phone and I was able to go in first thing and get set up. The prices are reasonable, the facility is safe and secure, and they are happy to help and assist with whatever comes up. Grateful and would definitely recommend!.

Jasmine, the District Team Lead at Extra Space Storage, has been amazingly helpful, kind and proactive in helping me resolve an issue at one of their locations. When I tried to address the issue (a plastic container of urine was thrown into our unit and was wedge between the door making it impossible for us to close the door to our unit and also posing a biohazard safety issue) with the manager(Anthony) at the location, we were met with disregard and absolutely no assistance from him. Fortunately, we were able to be put in touch with Jasmine after contacting their corporate office phone number. She proceeded to help us find a solution and has been wonderful in following up with us and ensuring that everything is handled efficiently. Needless to say, we will not be giving the Anaheim location (S. State College Blvd) our business going forward. The manager at that location, Anthony, handled the matter incredibly poorly and we did not appreciate the lack of care and concern. There’s a reason why Jasmine is the District Team Lead. She really impressed us with her professionalism, care and superior customer service. Thank you, Jasmine, for helping make this situation better and making us feel like we matter.

Of all my experiences with Storage facilities, this one ranks the best. The ladies in the office were very nice and helped me with all I was inquiring about. They were polite and thorough, maintainign a calm and professional attitude. I know they have online renting but if you get a chance, go into the office and they will be more than helpful. Great customer service.

Place is really clean. Its climate control units are super nice. The staff are amazing. Excellent customer service from Emily M. Very reasonable prices for the storage units. Love how easy the access is using the app.
