I've been a customer of Coasterra Pest Control for many years. They have wonderful customer service and their technicians are great too. They remind you of your appointment date and if you need to change it, it's no problem. The technician lets you know when they are on the way. My technician, Abraham, is always courteous and does a great job. He serviced our home today, answered a few questions I had and scheduled a return visit for some high reaching areas on the exterior of our two story home.

Coasterra always tells you when the are coming to work at your home. They are careful when dealing with plantings, flowers and shrubbery around the exterior of the home. I am very pleased with the home Shields pest control, but I'm very pleased with Anthony the young man that comes over here professionally wise he does a good job. He listens and he does the job the right way. I like it to be done and the next servicing in 2 months. I would like Anthony to be the one to come over and spray my home.
