Allen has been doing my bi-annual preventative maintenance on my furnace and heat pump for 7 years now. I have a pretty old system that was already installed when I bought this house. It’s probably close to replacement time but Allen keeps it going strong! He explains clearly, and politely answers any questions that I have. He is always friendly and polite. If he ever leaves this company, I will follow him. He’s top notch!
