CM HEATING REVIEWS

CM Heating did such an amazing job installing our new heat pump. They were quick, paid attention to detail, and arrived on time. All the technicians were super friendly and professional. I was already recommended to use them from someone else and I would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job and our heating and overall air equality between rooms has vastly improved (our house was built in 1924 and the heating was already in need of replacement). We haven't been able to properly test our cooling system since it's the middle of December but the installation of the lines came through easily and from the outside they look very clean and kept together. 10/10!

I checked with a few companies and I was drawn to CM heating because of their time in business and all the good reviews. I also liked that you could see a quote online immediately vs having to wait to talk to a salesperson. Everything went so quickly. Chester came out the next day and was great at showing us our options. We picked one and the next day it was installed. Everyone was great to work with. Communication was fabulous and reminders were great as well as a fabulous price. Great company to work with. I have to follow up with my review because we had our final inspection which we passed. Yay. The communication from this company is just out of this world. I’ve never worked with a company that is so well communicating when they’re coming if they’re late if they need to reschedule, etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve Long came out and did the annual service on my almost 3 year old furnace and air conditioner. CM heating did the original install as well. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job testing the entire HVAC system. He was at my house for almost 2 hrs. At the time of service I ordered replacement filters for my Air Ranger and he went the extra mile to pick them up from the office when he finished the tune up.

In the past, he has successfully resolved problems that had defeated several other attempts by other Technicians and got us up and running. He has the experience and the expertise we need. Anton arrived at the scheduled time and provided detailed, & complete annual service to my A/C unit. Anton explained everything he checked on the unit, & he also ran the unit to make sure my whole A/C system is in perfect condition for summer.

Johnny was on time for the appointment and was very good about communicating while he was troubleshooting our issue.

I called BelRed to look at our heat pump, which appeared to be failing. Kevin Venarchick, the technician, gave me a call an hour before the window when he was scheduled to come and said he could come early. He gave an exact estimate and showed up right on time 35 minutes later. I stayed with Kevin the entire time of his visit so I could understand what he was doing and what problems he found. Kevin was incredibly thorough, and walked me through every step he was taking to diagnose the problem. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. Once he understood the problem, he explained the options I had for either fixing or replacing the heat pump (which is 17 years old). He wrote up quotes for multiple options and patiently explained the details and answered my questions. I was thoroughly impressed with Kevin's professionalism, level of expertise, and thoroughness, and I could tell from talking with him that those traits reflected the values of his employer. If BelRed handles every call as well as Kevin handled ours, I wouldn't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience working with Ian for my upcoming renovation project. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through all of my electrical options, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the pros and cons of each choice. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Ian!

Aaron and his apprentice were professional, thorough and gave us great advice as to how to get this set up properly. All steps were clearly explained.
