He gave an exact estimate and showed up right on time 35 minutes later. I stayed with Kevin the entire time of his visit so I could understand what he was doing and what problems he found. Kevin was incredibly thorough, and walked me through every step he was taking to diagnose the problem. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. Once he understood the problem, he explained the options I had for either fixing or replacing the heat pump (which is 17 years old). He wrote up quotes for multiple options and patiently explained the details and answered my questions. I was thoroughly impressed with Kevin's professionalism, level of expertise, and thoroughness, and I could tell from talking with him that those traits reflected the values of his employer. If BelRed handles every call as well as Kevin handled ours, I wouldn't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.
