It was a real pleasure meeting Steven to review my garage door issues. It didn't take him long to figure out what the problem was and was able to fix it immediately. This is the company I will call for any upcoming garage door problems. You couldn't pick a better company to work with or person. Their phone number is a keeper!

Great service! Our spring broke and prevented the garage door from opening. They came within 1 hour of calling and replaced broken springs, wheels, and pulleys within another hour. 2 hours after calling, the garage door was fixed and it opens and closes smoother than it did before. All for an extremely reasonable price!

Great follow up service! Had a spring replacement done prior and the cables developed some slack in them. Stephan showed up the next day and adjusted the tension and checked the door closure settings. No Charge!

I'm very happy with my new garage door opener from Overheard Door Company of Everett. Matt was on-time, personable, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. From the installation it is obvious that Matt is master of his craft. He also configured my garage door to open higher so I can now utilize the entire 8-foot height of my garage opening. This is my second time using OHD Company of Everett (the first time was for a broken spring) and they've done great work both times and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them for my garage door needs and will recommend them to friends and family.
