Michael L. was extremely knowledgeable and he gave very informed answers to the many questions my wife and I had during and after a heat check. Per our request, he slightly modified the furnace settings and it has since been operating accordingly. Also, Michael had encountered an unforeseen delay at the job prior to mine (which is entirely understandable and was not a concern). Shortly after the approximate time he was scheduled to arrive, I received a call from dispatch informing me of the slight delay. I appreciated being kept up-to-date and soon thereafter Michael arrived at our home.

Our service plan with Gary's is a nice thing to have. Marc came today and serviced our system, made recommendations, and explained what we can do to improve efficiency and economy. Marc is welcome in our home any time, he is professional and polite, I think my dogs even remembered him as they were much more calm than usual.

Michael has been to our house a couple times over this last year and he is great! He’s very kind and professional. Gary’s heating and air is definitely a place we can trust for quick help and good work!
