My husband and I were very pleased with Shawn's professionalism and great customer service. His presentation regarding the Company's gold star standards and workmanship for its customers certainly convinced my husband and me to trust and place our huge investment with HARP!! Shawn was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and provided information we hadn't thought of asking. He provided 2 quotes with the pros/cons for each in order for us to be able to make the right decision. I felt like his whole presentation was about looking out for our needs and not just about trying to make a buck for the company like so many company advisors do today. Great job Shawn!!! Eric was our service technician for both the heating and AC checkups. He was wonderful; professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain whatever questions I had in detail.
