I called J&W Heating and Aur after seeing their truck outside my neighbors across the road. Kyle was my service technician. He showed up as scheduled... even calling before to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly.. wore booties so he wouldn't leave a mess (not that my floors would know the difference with 4 grands living in the home). He was friendly, efficient and even spoke with me about potential options dealing with our separate current mini split system issues. I greatly appreciate his thorough and professional behavior.

Awesome experience all around. Great customer service and quick turnaround time on service requests. Everyone was super nice. I felt like a top priority as a customer. Highly recommend Ross, the technician who serviced my HVAC system. He was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to educate me on some basic wiring protocol for a new smart thermostat. If you’re in the market for HVAC servicing, go with this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Our supervisor, Angel, was extremely friendly and polite. He gave attention to every detail on the job of replacing our old system inside and out with a beautiful York system that is efficient and cools and heats well with a new gas furnace. He even returned the following day just to double check and make sure the system was working well. We were so pleased with everyone who worked on this job. Couldn’t be happier.!
