NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

My tech was Ramiro for my ac tune up and boy did he not only give me excellent customer service he explained everything he did with pictures and was extremely thorough with the cleaning. I saw pictures of my unit I had no clue existed. The best customer service and work performed for the value. I am confident my ac felt loved. Later I had a plumbing tech Marco come and inspect a leak I had on the water source to my fridge ice maker, again excellent service. Not only was he thorough he asked if I had any other plumbing issues and put my mind at ease with my concerns. Sometimes it just took cleaning out the aerators but I felt all my faucets were at their finest since I first installed them. Great work, great attitude, no rushing me and nothing but friendly personality. Love the work I get from nexgen. Ladies take note, if you know nothing about plumbing, heating or AC, don't be afraid to call these guys, you will be educated in the end and only the issues you need done will be handled to your satisfaction.

WOW, so impressed with the care and attention Danny Hernandez and Daniel took with my home and making sure everything was safe and working well. They took the time to walk me through all elements of the maintenance and provided solutions for the issues they saw. I appreciated their help and was excited to set up an appointment for future service. The peace of mind and follow up from Danny is amazing and I will be using NexGen moving forward.
