The service provider was clean, efficient and very kind. As a woman who was alone with kids, I felt very comfortable with the service provider in the home. He was very conscientious of the kids and pets. He was also excellent at communicating and was able to answer all of my questions. He cleared the drain no problem, And made sure to get everything out and offer advice on prevent preventative care.

Our experience was thankfully very simple, quick, and easy. Israel came out to check out our plumbing issue and discovered a few thick roots causing an obstruction that made sewage overflow in our yard. He explained the issue very clearly, and cleared it out quickly and efficiently. The issue is now resolved, and a camera inspection was included at no extra cost to ensure the whole line is fully cleared out. We appreciated the level of help we received especially at such a late hour (it was almost 10:00pm). We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again if we ever have any other plumbing issues (hopefully we don't!)

Work was done efficiently. Much better/even heat distribution. Only issue is they need to permanently cap off the heater vent in the roof. They did a great job of minimizing the disruption and containing the insulation which was in the attic. Photos are before and after. I'd show the improved ducting but the improvement doesn't show up you just feel it.

They came in and replaced a garbage dispos-all, in line water heater and toilet flange. Work was done in a few hours and they picked up parts right away. Service was great, fast and our guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair as well. Been using this service exclusively for years now. We occasionally get bids from other vendors just to check the cost. Klaus is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. In my opinion it's fair, honest pricing with no surprises and they stand by their work. They also do our A)C maintenance as well.
