Water heater broke completely the day before a holiday. Was able to get someone out same day for an assessment and installation. Oscar Cruz did a wonderful job explaining the different options available and the installation is very clean and well done. The price i was quoted was the price i paid at the end, no hidden fees or suprises. I searched around to a bunch of different places and many of them do not do their own installation. Some dont even do their own delivery. This place is a good all in one service company.

I have been overjoyed with the customer service and quality of work that I have received from All Pro. Our tech, Jonathan got here early and went right to work and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had the parts and fixed my air conditioning unit within the same day in great time. I want to commend George Reed for the excellent service he recently provided. I was extremely satisfied with his work, particularly his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He completed the 240V EV car charger installation quickly and efficiently.

Work was done efficiently. Much better/even heat distribution. Only issue is they need to permanently cap off the heater vent in the roof. They did a great job of minimizing the disruption and containing the insulation which was in the attic. Photos are before and after. I'd show the improved ducting but the improvement doesn't show up you just feel it.

They came in and replaced a garbage dispos-all, in line water heater and toilet flange. Work was done in a few hours and they picked up parts right away. Service was great, fast and our guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair as well. Been using this service exclusively for years now. We occasionally get bids from other vendors just to check the cost. Klaus is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. In my opinion it's fair, honest pricing with no surprises and they stand by their work. They also do our A)C maintenance as well. Thank you Klaus and Sons for all the great work you have done over the years for our family.
