Ralphy showed up promplty on schedule and was very professional. He immediately started inspecting the furnace and performed a thorough cleaning of the unit and parts. He had explained what he did, as well as, the condition of my heater. He ran a test at the end to show the efficiency of the unit. I was pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

I purchased the deal on Angie's list on Thursday and sent a note to Ralphy asking he could come on a weekend day. Ralphy responded on Saturday morning by sending an email back to me and he called to say that 'Yes" he does work on Saturday and that he is available today if that was convenient. We scheduled for him to come 2 hours from the time of the call. He came exactly on time, he did a beautiful job not only.

He thoroughly cleaned the units and ran a diagnostic test to determine the efficiency of the units. He was very professional and explained everything. I will definitely use him again and also refer him to my neighbors.
