Alex is an amazing tech. Showed up EARLY, which has never happened with a contractor. Took his time to explain everything to me. Worked to get the best deal on parts and went the extra mile to send a detailed invoice for my home warranty. Great guy. Company was very fast to fit me into the schedule, meanwhile I got stood up by a few other contractors.

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff who helped us start up our evaporative cooler for the season. He was professional and took time to answer all of our questions. We definitely plan to use this company in the future.
