We had to replace our gas furnace this week. Unfortunately this was a large and unplanned for expense. However Isidro and Luis the 2 installers arrived as arranged and quietly and efficiently went about removing the old dysfunctional furnace and installing the new one They finally left at 6.30 pm after showing us how to use the Nest thermostat and cleaning up after themselves. I was most impressed with their conduct and professionalism. Thank you!

Very happy with our new furnace and air conditioning installation. The process was very smooth and the technicians we had were very patient with all of our questions, because we don’t know how these systems work. What made me pick Smart72 was that they are a mom and pop operation, and there was no hidden costs, and I also didn’t feel like I was talking to any sales person trying to pressure me into a deal.
