Danny and Erika were AMAZING customer service agents and was able to receive me with all my storage needs and make it happen. I felt handled with care and in the know about my storage unit agreement. I am looking forward to using my unit generously and in a way that meets my needs without hassle. MANY thanks to Erika and Danny who quite single-handedly restored my faith in businesses who care about their customers.

I have used this Extra Space location twice over the past 3 years and I am continually impressed with the customer service. More importantly, their units are clean, secure, and well maintained. I felt very secure storing my most personal belongings here and I would absolutely recommend this business to anybody.

It was a great experience, no household they were very courteous very friendly. They made it very fun.

I had a great experience at StorQuest Self Storage. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very informative. Lydia took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. She walked me through the contract, so I knew exactly what to expect. Lydia showed me around the facility, explained how everything works, and walked me through how to use the keys and access my unit properly. It made me feel way more comfortable and confident using the space. A month in, and everything’s gone just as expected. The automatic payment I set up worked perfectly. I highly recommend checking them out.

This has been the easiest transaction!! I needed a bigger storage unit at a different storage place and the price I was quoted was astronomical! I started checking prices locally and the prices here at StorQuest were so much better that I actually moved from another storage place to here. Mona and Lydia couldn't be more accommodating and helpful! The place is very clean and safe. I would highly recommend! I'm so glad I moved!.

Very friendly, the $1 first month was a pretty good deal. We walked out of there for 67 dollars after insurance and locks and everything which was still substantially cheaper than competitors. Facilities were clean and we had no problems. It was also very easy to do all the paperwork and everything .

Jennifer, the manager was amazing. Gave an amazing tour and was extremely transparent with any questions I had. I work in customer service also, its easy to tell when someone is top notch at what they do. Respectively.
