Last year my son and I were looking for a plumber in the Santa Maria area to replace his water heater tank. Zierman did the emergency work, because his tank was leaking. They were very responsive and worked in a professional way. This past year they replaced my sons old furnace and and some duct work and again they were very professional. So this month I asked Zierman to replace our water heater tank with some special instructions. I needed to finish repairing the water heater closet with the tank removed. Chico did the replacement in two trips, the removal on Friday and the installation on Monday so that I could accomplish the repair of the closet. He was easy to work with, is a very good communicator and did more than was required of him. And again, he worked with high standards. I would highly recommend Zierman to anybody for your plumbing and heating work.

Great service and very competitive lower cost in replacing my 25 year old furnace heater in attic space! Tech guy "Randy" did the whole process - from making the $'s bid to coming back and doing the installation (with a helper). County Inspector stated "A+" in approving the completed project.
