Thompson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Thompson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning after my heat would not turn on after I changed the batteries on my wall thermostat and noticed one of the metal pins was missing. Techncian Ty came out and confirmed it was indeed my thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was very polite and gave me options for replacing the thermostat and also for maintenance on my 10 year old gas furnace. I appreciated everything he did to make sure my thermostat and gas heater were working!

Thompson Heating & Air has been doing great work for us over the past 10 years. I manage 10 rental units that they service and am always satisfied after any work is done. The whole team there makes it easy to handle any type of job. I’m very happy to have them as my primary company. Thank you all.

Mark and his partner replaced our furnace and did a great job. It was located in a difficult spot but it still didn’t take long for them to have our new unit running. They also are both nice people.
