Every interaction I've had with David and C7 Alarm has been awesome! It's such a pleasure to deal with a person/company that makes you feel like they really care about their clients and are there for them! I've had David out to my home to help with rewiring our alarm system and he was on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. When our overall alarm account got purchased by another company and things were confusing, I called David and he was helpful in explaining the changes and gave me all the new contact numbers to simplify things. (Thankfully C7 Alarm is still my technical service provider of my actual system!) Another time I was having technical issues with my system, David responded immediately to my call and spent a ton of time on the phone with me walking me through multiples steps on how to try to fix my system on the spot. He had patience with my limited technical skills, and provided his expertise that helped me solve my alarm issue without a service call! It's such a good feeling to know you can count on him to help you! I highly recommend David!.

I called them first thing in the morning as my business was attacked by some people with a fire extinguisher making it impossible to see thru at night. This led myself and management team believe we were targeted for a larger event and needed assistance cleaning our cameras right away. David L at C7 Alarm came to the rescue the same day.
