This is the first time we have used a pest service to address ongoing frustrating ant problem. From the initial inquiry phone call we were provided good infomation and made an appt. The technician Michael arrived on time and was very professional, patient and non judgmental. He answered all my questions and provided great insight. He presented as a very trustworthy honest employee. He did not badger or try to upsale any services, yet provided very pertinant information for any further needs if we were to choose monthly service in the future. Due to his professionalism and good results for last few weeks, I highly reccommend this company,

Robert is awesome! He is friendly, professional and prompt. He even waited until my husband was home from the school run because my people loving Lab wasn’t so sure. The whole team at Punpoint is great and they are very responsive to our concerns. They responded immediately when I said I was noticing tiny black ants, and when I mentioned our dog, reminded me that all their products are f Kid and pet friendly. A friend of mine recommended them to me and we have been with them for years.

I have pets and toddler, and had ants and spiders too! I wanted a safe type of treatment and reliable way to make sure the little ones didn't' bite the bigger little ones and Pin Point does that! They are reliable, courteous and effective!

Our service person named Jonathan is very personable and let us know everything going on with our house. He let us know if he sees ants or mosquitoes so we can take any extra precautions if needed. He’s friendly to our pets and make sure that we have them inside while he sprays I’ve been using Orkin for a decade and I really appreciate this service person and the care that he gives my entire family who live close by and also use or services they feel the same way.

We had a very good experience with our first service from Orkin today. I called the office this morning to discuss having seen a couple of roaches over the past several months. The technician arrived within several hours. He was attentive and knowlegable, and recommend reasonable first treatment steps as well as a strategy to evaluate whether or not our sightings represented a significant problem.

Jacob did a wonderful service and sprayed both inside our house and around our yard. He also had a good solution to the black gnats that we have seen in our house. Orkin is the best!

Plateau tented my whole house for termites. They did everything by the book to make this process easier, then I expected. Knowledgeable, professional and a commitment to excellence. All appointments were met at the times made, with pretext notifications. They even did the tenting on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. Best yet, the costs were thousands less then expected. 5 stars for Plateau and no more termites. Just great to see a company operate the way they did.
