HYPNOSIS...FOR CHANGE REVIEWS

In the early Spring of 2019, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Knowing that the coming months would be trying ones for both my husband and I, I searched for ways to make the process of surgery and recovery easier. Hypnosis, and specifically hypnosis with Brenda Gray, became a valued tool in the arsenal we used to fight this disease and maintain our calm and focus. From visualization of positive outcomes to pain/anxiety control, Brenda equipped us with solid techniques that kept us moving forward with an outlook of positivity. As a caregiver, my husband was able to focus on his own sleep and self-care while having energy to be my rock. As a patient who had a bilateral mastectomy, my Drs were astonished at my outlook and ease of recovery. Hypnosis isn’t a parlor trick or a comedy skit. Used as a tool that strengthens the positive pathways of thought and attitude, it can be an extremely effective tool for change when wielded by a skilled and compassionate practitioner. We highly recommend Brenda Gray and Hypnosis...for change.

My session with Brenda helped open my mind to seeing myself in a new way. For years I had always blamed myself for things happening in my life that I either couldn’t control or were just flat out not my fault. Years of this thinking really started to deter my feelings of myself and dragged down my confidence. Brenda’s stress session helped bring positive thoughts back into the front of my mind and boosted my self-esteem almost instantly. Mark was amazing. I never knew that with one phone call it could change my life in the way that it did. I wanted to quit smoking for a very long time and with Mark's help, I can say I'm now a nonsmoker!!! Not only did he pinpoint my need for smoking but he also helped me realize I'm so much more to everyone as a nonsmoker. My kids are so happy and I don't even have the urge to smoke anymore. It was as if I never did. I believe Mark has a true gift and I'm so glad he was the first person I called when I was looking for help! Couldn't be happier! Thanks Mark.
