We were faced with the really hard decision to put our dog of 12 years to sleep yesterday. We don’t have a vet in the area and called a bunch of places for pricing. It’s been a long time since I put a dog to sleep, but I can’t believe how much the prices have gone up. I found this place and it was the cheapest and they could get us in right away so went. The doctor at first was Optimistic about her tumors and offered to examine her before we made the decision. He did, but once he got a look at her, he reassured me it was the right thing to do instead of trying to convince me of treatments that would probably cost hundreds of dollars and in reality only give her a couple more months to live. And believe me I was so vulnerable and heartbroken at that moment I probably would have wanted to move forward and trying to save her. The doctor was so empathetic, caring and understanding, and also made sure that my girl was comfortable until her last breath. The only thing he charged us for was to put her to sleep and her cremation. Other vets in the area on the phone said they would charge us $80 for an examination he didn’t do that. I honestly felt that he had my dogs best interest in mind, had excellent bedside manner and was affordable for the average person. I’ll be back there with my other dogs for routine appointments (hopefully not going through Putting one of them to sleep anytime soon, I don’t know if my heart can take it).

Dr Adam and his staff are kind and treat animals with love. I started bringing my late father's cat in for issues he's been having and they've been helping out 10 year cat get back in better health. It's out of my way since I'm in Minooka, but I haven't had a negative experience yet and Micky is continuing to get better every day.

Dr. Adam & the entire staff are awesome! They treat our dogs, like we look after them. Very caring, not rushed in or out, even our dogs like going there.

The Veterinarian and Staff at this location have been amazing! Thank you so much for helping me to get my little guy off to a great start. They call you back with test results asap and have the prescriptions ready for you to pick up. They are friendly and don’t make you feel like any questions that you ask are an inconvenience.

We have three cats and a dog. We first started meeting with doctor byers when our dog was a puppy. To say this staff goes above and beyond is an understatement. In almost two years since switching everyone to this vet, we've been able to make sure our whole family is cared for. We've dealt with surgery, meds, vaccines. Every time I get so much compassion from Dr byers. Every time I see my pets, I'm thankful for my vet.

After reading reviews I was nervous about taking my dog here but my dog and I had a great experience today. The Vet Tech and Dr. Clement were A+.

My sister used to work at the Premier Paws sometime in the '90s. My family and I would always trust that we would bring our pets Cody and Abby, a dog and a cat to this veterinarian place in Joliet. I would highly recommend taking your animals to this veterinarian place in Joliet because they are the people who work there are so sweet kind and understanding and they take care of your pets like they were one of their own.

I have had the best experience with this clinic! Every person I talk to is kind, empathetic, & helpful. Not only is the customer service phenomenal, they truly care about the animals and want to help. I want to give my cats the best care & the team at Premier Paws is helping me do that. Thank you so much.

Today we had to put or beloved dog Red down we had him for over 12 yrs. All the staff was so wonderful to our pet and us at this facility. Thank you all for your kindness and patience.
