I would highly recommend Dr. Plumb. I was so nervous to try hypnotherapy for the first time, and I was instantly put at ease by his kind and gentle nature. He is the perfect combination of encouraging and no-nonsense, and the chatting part of the sessions is enlightening and meaningful, but also full of laughter. He is easy to talk to and will make you feel comfortable, and also capable of healing and taking control of your life. I have seen a vast improvement in my anxiety and self-confidence since I started hypnotherapy and recently some family members told me I'm the most peaceful they've ever seen me.

I just had my first session with Kate today and had no expectations. I hadn’t researched hypnotherapy, but my best friend did it and recommended that I give it a try. The experience was amazing and difficult to put into words. I went because I’ve been extremely overwhelmed, and have a very long history of generalized anxiety which I’ve been prescribed meds for.
