This was our last hope with my son. He is autistic with adhd. He calls me out on things that I need to pay attention to in order to heal, uses his own experiences to help me feel more comfortable opening up about my own, and helps me break through the fluff to get to the root of those experiences.

Ken's a really easy person to talk to and provides great insights and knowledge you can apply to your daily life. These methods work but only if you put in the work along side the sessions. 10/10 would recommend.
