I never had a hypnotherapy session until I met with Liza Boubari. I wasn’t sure what to expect during my sessions and to be honest was a little uncertain about hypnotherapy. What an incredible session I experienced. It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced before and so much more effective than regular therapy. Liza was able to go directly to my issue in a caring way and I felt safe sharing. I left the first session with a lighter sense of self and awareness. I recommend anyone who is struggling with an issue to try a hypnotherapy session with Liza.

I have one word for Liza and that is AMAZING! I was lucky enough to meet Liza in a medical conference since I am an MD, and during a difficult time in my life I contacted her and got an appointment. I woudl say if anyone wants to do anything for them selves this is it. I think the way she makes you realize the powers you have and how to find yourself again is beyond amazing. As a medical professional and someone who has been through difficult times I would say she not only helped me deal with that moment but also guided me to find myself and the best version of myself that was. She helps you by how you help yourself. Highly recommended.
